Character history
Gary Lane is, in 2013, a spokesman for the FIB who, in an attempt to stop intended plans to limited the FIB budget, suggests to "anyone who would listen" that reducing their budget was something "crazy". He later threatens to release personal and private information into the public domain about people who attempt to reduce their budget. He later comments on the attack on the FIB building and the murder of agent Steve Haines in the third ending option.
