Mission
The protagonist approaches a Dollar Pills drug store in Strawberry, and will notice two men panicking and holding a cashier at gunpoint in the parking lot of the pharmacy. Patrick McReary and his associate H. The two do not have a getaway car, and ask whichever protagonist is present to assist them in their escape. The protagonist can then help the two escape, with Patrick deciding not to work with H anymore, and he becomes a heist member available for Michael De Santa to choose for any heists that haven't already been completed. The player can also kill them and return the money stolen to the store owner. If playing as Trevor Philips, the two can be taken to the Altruist Cult where they will be eaten by the cannibals.
