Giorgio Forelli is a character from the Grand Theft Auto series who is mentioned in both Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. Giorgio is a member of the Forelli Family. His name is spelled Georgio on the official GTA Vice City website, but is spelled Giorgio in both GTA Vice City and GTA Vice City Stories dialogue. Giorgio is is a cross dresser and the cousin of Sonny Forelli

By 1984 Giorgio had become a loan shark, loaning Barry Mickelthwaite over two million dollars. Giorgio demands that Barry return his money and sends hitmen to kill both Barry and Phil Collins, although the hitmen were killed by Victor Vance. By 1986 Giorgio has been put on trial for fraud. The Vice City Police Department believe that a conviction is a cert, although Giorgio's lawyer Ken Rosenberg has Tommy Vercetti intimidate the prosecutions lawyers. The case against Giorgio is later dropped.

It is commonly mistaken that the Forelli member Carl Johnson needs to kill in the mission Saint Mark's Bistro is Giorgio when in fact it is Marco Forelli.

-In late [[1992]], [[Carl Johnson]] from [[Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas|GTA: San Andreas]] is sent on a short [[Shamal|plane]] trip from [[Las Venturas]] to [[Liberty City in GTA III Era|Liberty City]] to get rid of Giorgio. He quickly gets rid of Forelli's goons in the restaurant, then executes Giorgio himself standing by his car at the back of the restaurant. Ironically, his name is not mentioned in the game since [[Rockstar Games|Rockstar]] removed the dialogue.
