The Unnamed Asian Woman appears in the GTA IV Era, in both of Grand Theft Auto IV's downloadable episodes, The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony. She wears a purple dress in both appearances.
The Lost and Damned
She first appears in the opening cutscene of the mission Buyer's Market, as one of the attendees of Elizabeta Torres's cocaine party. As Elizabeth and Johnny Klebitz talk, she dances in a circle around Elizabeta.
Ballad of Gay Tony
The UAW again appears in the opening cutscene of the mission Boulevard Baby, entering Maisonette 9 the same time as Luis Fernando Lopez. As Dessie checks her ID and allows her in, Luis notices her, and follows her inside. While she is sitting at the bar, Luis comes up to her and convinces her to follow him to the bathroom, where they procede to have a rather explicit sex scene. Two to emerge sometime later, she with her hair noticeably disturbed, and the two exchange numbers.
