Grand Theft Aero

The fourth mission from Donald Love to Claude, he is informed that the item Love needed was on the plane all along and that the dropped packages were decoys. He is then tasked with traveling to Shoreside Vale to access the Francis International Airport and find the plane. He finds the plane being stripped by the Cartel along with many dead customs agents. He kills the Cartel members and checks the plane to find the package missing. Claude notices the construction company truck outside the hangar and travels back to Staunton Island to enter the construction site in Fort Staunton, which is Cartel territory. He enters the site and fights his way to a small lift to go up the tower, where he stumbles upon Miguel and Catalina carrying the briefcase containing the package for Love. Miguel tries to make a deal with you, and begins to surrender when Catalina shoots him in the back with a pistol and jumps off the building into a pit of cardboard boxes. Asuka appears as well, showing the success of your earlier mission by stating "this worm killed my brother" and "we all saw the Cartel assassin!". She then ties him up and begins to torture him for information on Catalina's plans.
