This page is for staff to create promotion pages, when a user has already been nominated.

ONLY staff should use this.

Note: If the user has been promoted before, you will get a "page already exists" error. You should specify USERNAME2 in the box below, but continue to fill in the details normally when you go through to create the page.

This is case-sensitive, so please enter their username accurately.
