Gun Runner is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City given to protagonist Tommy Vercetti from arms dealer Phil Cassidy from his depot in Little Haiti, Vice City.
Mission
After the successful bank heist, Phil phones Tommy saying he can receive some extra weaponry. He goes over to his depot to find Phil tampering with boomshine which shortly after he arrives detonates destroying a pickup truck. Afterwards he tells Tommy about a Mexican arms dealer named Pedro Garcia who does his weekly run at that time. He then tells him he needs to ram the weapons of the back of the trucks to attain them. Then after destroy the trucks, he then locates the four trucks and collects the weapons (a Python, SPAS 12, M-60, and a MAC-10) and then destroys the trucks while be pursued by other gun runners.

Tommy Vercetti: Phil?
Phil Cassidy: RUN! RUUUUUUN!

Phil Cassidy: Hoooooweeeeee! Never get a naked flame too close to one of Phil Cassidy's Boomshine stills!
Tommy Vercetti: Shit Phil, you drink that stuff?
Phil Cassidy: Hell, you don't have to drink it - just a good whiff will set you off. Hoowwee!
Tommy Vercetti: Listen Phil, you said you could fix me up with some firepower...
Phil Cassidy: Sure thing. There's some Mexican gun-runner been doing me for business of late. He does his weekly run about now. Ram his hardware off the back of his trucks before he goes to ground. And you'd be doing me a favor while you're at it. Then finish him off.

- The Waltons in this mission are the only Waltons in the game that are white.
- This is the only mission in the GTA III Era in which the player can be wanted for drunk driving.
- The Walton in the cutscene features an unobtainable light blue paintjob and different rims.
