After the successful [[The Job|bank heist]], Phil [[Mobile Phone|phones]] Tommy saying he can receive some extra weaponry. Tommy drops by his depot, where Phil has been tampering with his [[boomshine]]. Tommy arrives to find Phil running away from the boomshine and shouts to Tommy to run. They dive to the ground when the boomshine detonates, which destroys a nearby [[Walton]]. Afterwards he tells Tommy about a Mexican arms dealer who does his weekly run at that time. He then tells him he needs to ram the weapons of the back of the trucks to attain them. Then after destroying the trucks, he then locates the four trucks and collects the weapons (a [[Python]], [[SPAS 12]], [[M-60]], and a [[MAC-10]]) and then destroys the trucks while being pursued by [[Pedro Garcia]]'s backup people riding [[Faggio]]s.

Phil Cassidy is pissed off. He's tired of his rival in gun running [[Pedro Garcia]] making more money than him, so Phil wants you to end his Mexican empire of guns. You'll have to ambush his trucks containing guns he will deliver to a local [[Ammu-Nation]], steal the guns and then kill him and his gun running henchmen.
 
===The Mission===
When the mission starts, quickly get in to the nearby [[Patriot]] parked in Phil's Place, then drive towards the targets. This mission introduces you to the [[Satchel_Bomb|Detonator Grenades]], which is spawned near the entrance. There are four trucks to destroy: two in [[Little Haiti]] and two in [[Downtown_(Vice_City)|Downtown]].
 
There are many ways to get them. You could try out the Detonator Grenades or use any other weapons, like the [[Sniper Rifle]]. The weapons you have to collect are inside the box that has to be destroyed at the back of the truck. You have to pick up these weapons even if it meant replacing your current ones.
 
When you collected two guns, the Mexicans will send back-up using [[Faggio]] scooters driven by the enemy with [[Uzi]] submachine guns. The other two trucks will drive more aggressively. Killing these enemies will earn you a $100 bonus. They will endlessly come so you can't hang around.
 
The mission is complete after you have collected all the guns and destroyed the trucks.

Gun Runner is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City given to protagonist Tommy Vercetti from arms dealer Phil Cassidy from his depot in Little Haiti, Vice City.

Mission
