Hanky Panky Point is a hilltop where, as implied by its name, teenage couples go to have a good time. It is located at the northeast edge of Red County, near Palomino Creek and the Frederick Bridge. The area is featured in Rockstar's site for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. The site has screenshots of the area showing that during development of the game, the area was more than just a hilltop.
