Hannibal Liquor is a store located in the town of Montgomery in Red County, San Andreas. As the sign outside the store implies, it sells liquor and tobacco. The name is a reference to well-known fictional psychopathic cannibal Hannibal Lecter. Their motto is "Supporting your habits for over 15 years".
