Harold Cartwright, a crime lord in London.

Harold Cartwright is a character in the port Grand Theft Auto: London 1969 and Grand Theft Auto: London 1961. He is the first person to provide the character with jobs. He claims to be confrontational and that he fears no one but it is later revealed that he is a coward and is afraid of Albert and Archie Crisp. He is later killed by the Protagonist on orders of the Crisp brothers.
