Harold Cartwright is a character in the 2D Universe appearing as a main character in Grand Theft Auto: London 1969 and Grand Theft Auto: London 1961.

Character history

Harold Cartwright is, in 1969/1961 (depending on which the game the player is using), a resident of London and lives close to his sister Beryl, who he is protective of. He hires the protagonist to various tasks to increase his criminal standing in London claiming to be confrontational and that he fears nobody. He does, however, fear London's two most powerful criminals Albert and Archie Crisp who later hire the protagonist to kill Cartwright.
