The Havana is an outfit in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, fashioned as a gang attire for the Cuban gang.

Description

The Havana outfit is designed to closely resemble gangwear worn by one variant of the Cuban gang model, including a red bandana, an almost sleeveless white T-shirt with a red sub print in front, a brown belt, and light blue jeans; like many other outfits in the game, however, the outfit incorporates a pair of white sneakers derived from the Street outfit.

The outfit is first featured in "Two Bit Hit", when the player is required to to acquire the outfit from the Little Havana Streetwear & Tattoo Parlour and wear it as a disguise to frame the Cubans for the assassination of a Haitian gang lord, instigating a gang war to lower property values in Little Havana and Little Haiti in preparation for landgrabs by Avery Carrington. Its clothing pickup, unlocked after completing the mission, is supposed to spawn behind the front door of the Little Havana Streetwear & Tattoo Parlour.

Changing into the outfit removes up to a two-star wanted level, even if the player is already wearing the outfit.

Glitch

The Havana outfit can become unreachable after specific missions because the game relocates the pickup from behind the front door to the back of an invisible wall after certain missions. Missions that require the player to change their clothes will remove all clothing pickups and replace them after the mission is over. However, three missions ("Cop Land", "No Escape?", and "The Job") move the Havana clothing pickup to the back of the store's left-side window, rendering the pickup unreachable. To avoid this glitch, the player must complete these three missions before completing "Two Bit Hit". This is commonly referred to as the Havana Glitch or Havana Outfit Glitch and has not been fixed in subsequent, updated versions.
