Hossan Ramzy was Niko's shipmate and friend on the "Platypus". As stated by an e-mail, he went off to live the American Dream in Vice City, but decided to head back north to Liberty City. It is possible for the player to meet up with Hossan as a random encounter on the streets, where he works as a street vendor selling purses. He and Niko pursue and kill a man who refused to pay Hossan for one of his products.
