Hunter Platin is a voice actor who voiced Phil Cassidy, Curly Bob and Chico in Grand Theft Auto III, The Psycho and Rico in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, and Ran Fa Li in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. He also provided voices for Manhunt and Midnight Club II, other Rockstar Games titles.
