Imponte is an automotive company in GTA IV that produces vehicles such as:

• Dukes
• Ruiner.

It is based off the real life General Motors marque Pontiac as the logo has an upsidedown triangle like ontiac does in real-life. However, for some reason it is also based off Dodge as it has Dukes and Dukes resembles a Dodge Charger..
