Imponte is an automotive company in GTA IV that produces vehicles such as:

• Ruiner

It is based off the real life General Motors marque Pontiac as the logo has an upsidedown triangle like Pontiac does in real-life. However, for some reason it is also based off Dodge as it has Dukes as the Dukes resembles a Dodge Charger.
