It'll Cost Ya is a trophy/achievement in Grand Theft Auto IV. It is not story related, so it can be missed while playing the game.
Acquisition
You acquire this trophy when you've taken a taxi from one island to another, without skipping the trip. The easiest, and least time consuming way, is to hail a cab on one end of a bridge, and by using a waypoint, go to the other side of the bridge. It takes about one minute.
