In this mission, you need to drive Roman to the hardware store. While he's inside, you need to keep a look out for the Albanian loan sharks that are looking for Roman. When you spot them, you have to call Roman. He'll escape out the back door and you need to drive back to his taxi depot. It's very easy to avoid the Albanians.
