The Ivory Towers Drive-Thru Mental Clinic is a small clinic located in Redsands East, Las Venturas, just across from the Below the Belt Gym. This is where Carl Johnson takes Madd Dogg after saving him from falling off the roof of the Royal Casino as an act of attempted suicide. Unfortunately, the building is not accessible and does not have any use to the player, even if he gets Wasted.
