Jane Hopper is the head of the Liberty City longshoremen's union in the video game Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. She is frightened into submission by Toni Ciprani and eventually allows him and Salvatore Leone to travel to Staunton Island via the newly constructed bridge.
