Javier Trunchez is a minor character in Grand Theft Auto IV. Featured in the mission, Undress To Kill, Niko Bellic is sent to murder him by Dwayne Forge. Javier is one of the three brothers/managers of the Triangle Club, having seized it after Forge's incarceration.  As a minor character, his personality does not develop before his death.  All that is known about him is his frustration for a stripper pronouncing his name phonetically, rather than with an "H" sound.

Javier Trunchez is a minor character in Grand Theft Auto IV and the brother of Jesus and Jose Trunchez. He and his brothers take control of The Triangle Club after Dwayne Forge is incarcerated, however, in the mission Undress to Kill, Forge sends Niko Bellic to kill the three brothers. In the mission he is shown as being frustrated at a stripper pronouncing his name phonetically, rather than with an "H" sound.
