Jay Hamilton

Jay Hamilton is Manny Escuela's cameraman, his camera is accidentally smashed by Niko on the "Escuela of the Streets" mission. Later, in the mission "The Puerto Rican Connection", Manny's film is ready, but Manny complains that Jay made him look gay and also made him look like a transexualist. He is last seen at Elizabeta Torres' apartment with Manny trying to get more better footage for the film, but they are killed by Elizabeta in the process.
