Jayvon Simson is a member of the North Holland Hustlers who has been dating Dwayne Forge's old girlfriend Cherise Glover. In the mission Ruff Rider Dwayne sends Niko Bellic to collect some cash from Jayvon whilst he is at an arcade with Cherise. However, Jayvon escapes on a motorbike and Niko follows him, killing him to get the money.
The player can kill Jayvon in the chase, either by gunning him off his bike, or ramming him off with a vehicle.
