When | Jeremy Robard is a [[Vice City in GTA III Era|Vice City]] based con artist who, in [[1984]], runs an import and export business out of the city where clients can lease out boats to take cargo to and from a nearby island base. The business, however, is implied to be running [[drugs]] and, two years later, admits to having been in jail possibly through this business. By [[1986]] he had established the "Think Your Way to Success" self-help program, a three-step program to get people thinking in a more positive fashion. The names of the tapes, however, reveal another connection to drugs. The tapes that are mentioned include "Think, Hold That Thought, Complete" (or [[:wp:Tetrahydrocannabinol|Tetrahydrocannabinol]], also known as THC, the main psychoactive constituent of cannabis), "Learn, Start, Do" ([[:wp:Lysergic acid diethylamide|Lysergic acid diethylamide]] or LSD) and "Motivate, Demonstrate, then Motivate Again" (or [[:wp:MDMA|MDMA]], also known as ecstasy). When talking about "Motivate, Demonstrate, the Motivate Again", Robard also states that people will "hug people and laugh like you've never laughed before", a reference to the effects of taking ecstasy. | ||
