Jimmy Capra is a character in Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars. He is a member of the Messina Family. He was accused of being a fed rat by Rudy D'Avanzo. He meets with Rudy for a "peace talk" but it doesn't turn out well as he knew that Rudy would try to kill him. He sends his men to kill Rudy and escapes. His men are killed by Huang Lee with a sniper rifle. It is later revealed that Rudy lied about Capra being a fed rat.
