Jonelle is a resident of Liberty City and is a drug addicted prostitute, who appears briefly in the missions I luv LC and Caught with your Pants Down in The Ballad of Gay Tony. During the mission Caught with your Pants Down Yusuf Amir attempts to cover up the fact that she is a prostititute from his father by saying that she is Luis Lopez's wife and that she dresses dispicably.
