Ken Rosenberg

Ken Rosenberg is a decertified lawyer who went mental and was last scene at a mental health center. In the year 1992 (Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas), he was used by the Leone Mafia Family to run the casino (Caligula's Palace) that they co-own with two other Mafia families. After that, he is never heard from again. However, during the video game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, he was on a downward slope when he met Tommy Vercetti and eventually lost his career.
