Kid's A Hero is a mission in Grand Theft Auto Advance, given to protagonist Mike by Yakuza co-leader Asuka Kasen from a building in Bedford Point, Staunton Island, Liberty City.
Mission
Asuka Kasen wants her niece, Yuka, returned from Colombian Cartel and, having heard of Mike's skills and unaware that Mike had kidnapped her, she employs him to return. Asuka is also having problems with other business ventures and asks Mike to first make a payment of $20,000 to a man in Belleville Park. In return, Mike asks for her help in discovering who murdered Vinnie. Mike drives to Belleville Park and hands over the money, before driving to Cisco's home in Aspatria, where Yuka is being held. He approaches Yuka's school bus and attempts to enter, however, the bus has been locked and some of Cartel guards have spotted him. Asuka Kasen: My, my... Aren't you a handsome one? I wouldn't have expected it with the reputation you have of being a cold-blooded killer. I've heard a lot about you and if my sources are correct, you're the right man for the job I have. My niece has been kidnapped and her abductors have demanded an outrageous fee. I want you to track her down by any means necessary and rescue her.
Mike: Sounds like a job for a real professional. I hope you have more than stuffed animals and electronics to pay me with.
Asuka Kasen: If you do this for me, you will be rewarded beyond your darkest fantasies.
Mike: I'm not sure I like the sound of that but I'll do it under one condition. I'm tracking down those responsible for my partner Vinnie's death and I need any information you can get about the slime bags who specialize in making bombs.
Asuka Kasen: Mike-san, such tragedy makes me ache inside. I'll put my men on it right away. Now, back to the business at hand. There's a drop off spot for the initial sum of twenty thousand. Take this briefcase, make the delivery, and then see what you can find out about Yuka.
(Mike leaves the building)
Mike: This is my lucky day. I know where Yuka is being kept but what to do about this money?
(Mike drives to the initial location)
Thug: Don't make any sudden moves or you're a dead man! Put the briefcase down and then get the hell out of here. Tell Asuka she made the right move.
Mike: Easy on the trigger, man. You're not going to get away with this. You picked the wrong woman to cross.
Thug: Tell Asuka she's doing the right thing. Appeasement pays!
(Mike drives to Yuka's school bus in Aspatria and begins to approach)
Mike: Hmm, guards out front. Better try around back and rescue Yuka as soon as I can.
('Mike walks to the bus and attempts to enter)
Mike: Damn! One of the guards must have the key to the bus. Hmm... Looks like they spotted me.
(Mike kills the guards and collects the key to the bus)
Mike: Hmm... Looks like a key.
(Mike enters the bus)
Yuka: Ahh! Mike-sama, how are you? I knew you wouldn't leave me at the mercy of these mean men! You're my hero!
Mike: Hi Yuka. I hope they've been treating you okay. We're not in the clear yet. Hold on and I'll see you get back to your aunt's place safely.
Yuka: My aunt is going to be so happy to see me! She always has a present waiting for men who please her. I wonder why she places it on the bed and gets her whip out?
Asuka Kasen (pager): Kuso! Get back here as soon as you can. Asuka.
(Mike drives Yuka back to Asuka)
Asuka Kasen: Yokatta! You've returned my sweet, darling Yuka to me, Mike-san. You have my thanks... Perhaps I could express them more intimately inside my bedroom? Tell me, have you ever felt the crack of a whip across your back?
Mike: I can't say that I have, Asuka. I'm going to leave you to your toys and keep my skin intact. See you.
