Larry Tupper
Larry Tupper is a bail jumper and an old acquaintance of Trevor and Johnny Klebitz. He is located by an old farm just southeast of Grand Senora Desert. He will have several thugs surrounding him and will attempt to run down a hill if alerted. He can also be stunned, leading to the thugs running off.
