Lee "Scratch" Perry is the DJ of The Blue Ark in Grand Theft Auto V, and a classic Jamaican reggae artist. He founded Upsetter records in 1968, followed by The Black Ark recording studio in 1973. He worked very closely with Bob Marley, and has also collaborated with Keith Richards and George Clinton (who played The Funktipus on GTA San Andreas' Bounce FM). In 2003, he won a Grammy for his reggae album "Jamaican E.T.". The song "Chase the Devil", performed by Max Romeo and Lee Perry's Upsetters, is featured on the station K-JAH West in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, while Lee Perry's songs "I Am a Madman" and "Disco Devil" are featured on The Blue Ark, along with another song by the Upsetters, "Grumblin' Dub".
