"Chunky" Lee Chong (? - 2001) is a member of the Triads in Liberty City who owns a noodle stand in the heart of Chinatown and is said to be pushing SPANK for the Colombian Cartel. Once Joey Leone hears that Chong is selling it for the Cartel, he orders Claude to hunt him down and murder him at his Noodle Stand in Chinatown. Claude carries out Joey's commands and murders Chong while he attempts to escape from his stand. This killing is the first instance seen in the game's storyline of the Leone Family's hostilities towards the Triads, which later develops into a war between the two gangs.
