Leo Teal (? - 1986) was a chef featured in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City who worked in the Ocean Beach area. He also worked as a drug dealer, and sold some of the drugs Ricardo Diaz intercepted from the ambushed Forelli-Vance deal.
Teal also performed assassinations for an unknown group (Mr. Black). The name Teal may not be his last name, it may be a code name.
