Liberty City Community College, as known in short as Liberty City College and by its in-game sign as St. Matthias University, is a college based in Liberty Campus, Staunton Island, Liberty City.

The college was named worst in the United States, resulting in the appointment of Smegley as the Dean of the college. The college, under Smegley, is abandoning the old methods of evaluating and old subjects, replacing them with diplomas for subjects such as street cleaning and grading students on how bad they look.
