The Liberty City Transport Authority or LTA are a transport authority in Liberty City in Grand Theft Auto IV. The LTA operate Bus services and the Subway within Liberty City and parts of Alderney. The subway does not run in Alderney and there is no operational bus network that the player can use. LTA also run the cable car for Algonquin Bridge
