Lips 106 is a radio station in Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. In GTA III the station is hosted by Andee and in GTA Liberty City Stories by Andee and Cliff Lane, who appears to already be on his way out of the station due to his perverted rants about teenaged girls (he hates boy bands and he's not reluctant to mention it on every chance he gets).
