Little Havana Streetwear & Tattoo Parlour is a shop in GTA: Vice City, most commonly known as where you pick up the Cuban gang outfit later in the game. A bug in the game can leave the clothes pickup inaccessible in the window, rather than in the doorway.
It is located next to the Galeria Musical music shop and a generic Bakery & Cafeteria (similar to the one on the main road next to Cherry Popper Ice Cream Factory).
