Little Havanna is home to two gangs, the [[Cubans]], and the [[Vercetti Crime Family]]. The Cubans as of 1984, are in a struggle for control of Little Havanna facing the [[Cholos]]. To gain the upper hand in the war, the cubans recruit the help of the new powerful gang, the [[Vercetti Crime Family]]. And this proves to be a very wise decision, but before long the Haitians try to "woo" the Vercetti's to their cause by giving the Don of the Vercetti Family, [[Tommy Vercetti]], mind-altering drugs. In doing this the Cubans yet again falter in the war. After Tommy realizes what happened he and his men join forces with the cubans, to destroy the haitian drug factory.
