The LCPD warning page

This site is a hidden site in Grand Theft Auto IV and is a reference to the GTA:VCS radio commercial "Little Lacy Surprise" featuring Jack Howitzer.

When you visit the site you will find a warning message from LCPD saying that your IP address has been logged and "WE SEE ALL, WE KNOW ALL" and upon leaving the internet cafe or exiting the browser you will automatically get a five star wanted level. It is apparently a child pornography site, and has been shut down by the LCPD.
