Lyle Cleethorpes is a character in Grand Theft Auto IV.

Lyle Cleethorpes (or Lyle Cleethorpes V, as he wants to be known) is an heir to a filthy rich family. Five generations of inbreeding produced a human without any talent or even enough knowledge to say his own name. He wishes to see his name or face up in lights. For this, he built the Cleethorpes Tower, located in the Hatton Gardens region of Algonquin. He and his family are believed to be involved in a global human trafficking ring and to own sweatshops in South East Asia.

He spends his time driving his cars and bikes while high on drugs.
His family made its fortune by selling slaves and tobacco.
