Manuel is a character in the 3D Universe who is heard on the radio in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.

Character history

Manuel is, in 1986, a resident of Prawn Island, Vice City who calls the K-Chat radio station during Gethsemanee Starhawk Moonmaker's interview. He claims that computers are not evil and that it is the people who design them that are evil. He talks about the play "In the Future, There will be Robots," claiming that it is a true story and that he will hack all the robots and make them say funny things. He also tells Gethsemanee that he is a computer.
