Mark Cosgrove is a character mentioned on Kent Paul's website, a promotional website for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. Cosgrove had attempted to kill Kent Paul, according to Paul, for 'staring at Mark Cosgrove’s mum while she is in the bath'. Kent Paul is later arrested for smashing up Cosgrove's car, for stealing his 'proper' girlfriend May.
