Marnie Allen is a twenty-one year old female resident of Liberty City in 2008, having moved to Liberty City from the American Midwest. She has links to a Peruvian pimp in Acter, Alderney and to porn producers in Star Junction in Algonquin, having turned to prostitution after arriving in Liberty City, to pay for what she calls "Junk".
She has been arrested on three occasions: in 2006 for petit larceny and later prostitution, and in 2007 for possessing a controlled substance (namely heroin). When Niko meets her again, Marnie finally decides to head back home and start her life over, so Niko drives her to the train station and gives her $500 to help her out. Marnie later e-mails Niko, revealing that she is currently attending college to become a psychologist and is living happily back home with her parents.
