Marty Chonks (? - October 2001) is a character from the Grand Theft Auto series who plays a minor role in Grand Theft Auto III. Marty Chonks is married to Mrs. Chonks and runs the Bitchin' Dog Food Factory in Trenton, Portland, Liberty City. Chris Phillips provides the voice for Marty Chonks.

Marty Chonks is the corrupt owner of the Bitchin' Dog Food factory in Trenton, Portland, Liberty City. He has many grievances with various people, which he takes care of by turning then into dog food. How the business survives is unknown, as dogs are banned in Liberty City.

Marty Chonks eventually employs Claude (the protagonist and player character of Grand Theft Auto III) to transpot various people to his factory, and then destroy any evidence in the car.

Victims include his bank manager, two burglars and Mrs. Chonks. Marty then sends Claude to get Carl, who had been having an affair Mrs. Chonks, who Marty believes he can overpower. Carl brings a shotgun and kills Marty, saying that he's there to take over the business. The player has the opportunity to kill Carl after the mission, and see Marty's dead body before it disappears.

The missions that Marty Chonks provides are spoofs of the 1989 film "The Cook, the Thief, His Wife & Her Lover". The missions are entitled: "The Crook" (the bank manager), "The Thieves" (two burglars), "The Wife" (Mrs. Chonks) and "Her Lover" (Carl).
