Maurice Chavez - Grand Theft Wiki, the GTA wiki

Maurice Chavez is the host of VCPR in both Vice City Stories and Vice City and has his own show called Pressing Issues. He was once a clown but went on to enjoy a certain degree of local success which he is always keen to mention. In 1986 he has violent confrontations with both Pastor Richards and Jeremy Robard, whom he appears to know. Chavez previously dated Michelle Montanius and got her pregnant, but refused to either marry her or pay for an abortion. It is unknown whether Montanius kept the child.
