McReary

The McReary family consists of five brothers and one sister.

• Derrick McReary is the oldest. He is a weapons and explosives expert. He is the only member of the McReary family to return to The Old Country; while there, he developed an addiction to heroin that he has yet to shake off.
• Francis McReary is a corrupt cop who needs Niko's assistance. He wants to become the LCPD Commissioner.
• Gerald McReary is the boss of the Irish Mob. He is incarcerated in Alderney State Correctional Facility in Acter, Alderney.
• Patrick McReary is the youngest. He can become a friend to Niko. Referred to by his friends and family as "Packie," he has his own personal demons--an addiction to cocaine that he refers to several times during conversations.
• Michael McReary is another member of the family who accompanies Patrick and Derrick on a bank heist. He is shot and killed by a bystander during an argument between the McReary brothers.
• Kate McReary is the only virtuous one of the siblings. She can become Niko's girlfriend. However she is killed at Roman's wedding when the player selects the "Revenge" scenario. If the player chooses the "Deal" scenario she refuses to see Niko again.
• Maureen McReary is the mother of the McReary children. She is 71 years old and lives in a semi-detached house in Dukes. She has been suspected of harbouring a fugitive.
• Mr McReary is the deceased father of the McReary children and husband of Maureen McReary. To some people he was a very powerful and influential figure and now he is burning in Hell.
