The Mexican Arms Dealers are a small-time Criminal Organization who only appear in one mission, the Phil Cassidy mission: Gun Runner in the GTA Vice City game. Their leader, Pedro Garcia is a rival gun seller to Phil Cassidy and so Cassidy tells Tommy Vercetti to take him and his business out by eliminating Pedro Garcia and the crates of arms on their Walton utes. Once the mission, Gun Runner is complete the same guns stolen from the M.A.D can be bought in Phil Cassidy's Place in Little Haiti however the M.A.D are never heard from again.
