Character history

Mona Lott, at an unknown point in time, began to work as a prostitute at Paulie's Revue Bar in the Red Light District of Liberty City. Mona works for Joseph Daniel O'Toole and is briefly shown talking to him when Toni Cipriani turns up. She is later hired by delicatessen owner Giovanni Casa but attempts to run away from Casa when he emerges from his van in a diaper.

Trivia

Mona Lott's name is revealed when she is unlocked as a multiplayer character on the PlayStation Portable version of Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories.
Her name is derived from the words Moan a lot.
