Mr. McReary - Grand Theft Wiki, the GTA wiki

Mr. McReary was the father of Derrick, Gerald, Patrick, Francis, and Kate McReary, and husband of Maureen McReary. He was the leader of the McReary Mob until he commited suicide in 1999. Gerald mentions that he used to abuse his boys, but left Kate alone. Maureen states that he is most likely in "Hell". In one mission, there is a portrait above Maureen McReary's fireplace that shows what Mr. McReary looked like. It is speculated that this might be Derrick, seeing as the man in the portrait looked an awful lot like Derrick.

In one friend activity involving Patrick and Niko, Patrick opens up to Niko, and tells him that his father sexually molested himself and Gerry, fueling his hatred for his father.
