The NOOSE Patriot is the law enforcement version of the Patriot. The NOOSE patriot is called out along with the NOOSE Cruiser and the NOOSE van at a 4 star wanted level. NOOSE uses them to ram you and in roadblocks which are more trouble to avoid than normal LCPD cars.
Performance
